    "content": "THAT, the Bill be amended by deleting Clause 32. This is on page 3286 of the Order Paper. The justification for this is that the Authority is a body which should not be transacting business. To get money and it puts it in banks to get interest and all these--- I think this Authority should get money from the Exchequer, use it and if it does not use it, return it; it should not be a body that trades. We are trying to cut out any Euro Bank issues here."
