    "content": " Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to oppose that amendment because we have already agreed that the PSC should advertise. We have also had strange experiences when you say that you want to bring in the KNCHR, a person nominated by the Kenya Private Sector Alliance (KPSA) and the RAC. Let us have different people being given an opportunity. These people have already got their hands full. Let them do their job where they are doing it. Let other people interview and look for these persons. So, I would plead that Mr. Ngugi’s amendment carries through."
