    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 11 be amended in sub clause (1) by deleting the words “seventy five per cent” and substituting therefor the words “two-thirds” Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, it is on page 3269 and I am proposing that the threshold for removal of the Speaker from office be downgraded from a resolution of not less that 75 per cent of the members to two-thirds of the members of the county. The justification is that it is consistent with what has been the practice in the National Assembly. I move."
