    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I support this particular amendment because the governor, again, is elected and there is no way he will be tied from performing the functions of his office. If the governor is not performing, he will be impeached by the representatives. So, this amendment will help the governor to perform and maintain discipline and order in the running of the county."
