Orengo, because I think I read some part in the Constitution where it says that the resolutions in the Senate shall be by a majority vote, unless otherwise specified in the Constitution. So, if we are setting the standard of two-thirds that is above the majority votes that is carried in the Senate, which has not been specified in the Constitution, are we not making standards that have not been laid down by the Constitution?"
