"content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I am just wondering whether it makes a lot of sense, that when we want to remove the governor, the Senate of the National Government will be there to remove him. That is the import of this amendment. I thought the Constitution is very clear that there shall be a National Government and County Government. So, when we allow the Senate of this National Government to impeach or vote on the removal of the Governor or even do hearings like it is anticipated in this amendment, I do not think that, that would be in order."
