    "content": "Let us assume that after the next elections, your party has majority Members in the Senate and my party brings majority of Governors in Eastern Province. Now, if you decide to sack the Governors from my party, what will stop you? You have the majority in the Senate. So, these are the things about which we are saying we need to be very careful. Will it be for the Senate to sack Governors or will it be for the County Assemblies themselves to do so? I am sure that if we give these powers to the Senate, we will have very unfortunate scenarios."
