    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, just to support hon. Konchela, when you say “village”, it has a definition. So, nothing in law will stop the different County Governments from enacting their own laws. We do not have to put all the laws within this particular legislation. County Governments can enact laws to suit them. So, I suggest that although the amendment is intended for a good purpose, let us leave that for the respective counties to legislate."
