    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 56 be amended in sub clause (1)- (a) in paragraph (a) by inserting the words “nominated and appointed by the county governor with the approval of the County Assembly immediately after the word “chairperson”; (b) by deleting paragraph (b). The justification of this is to incorporate the manner of appointment of the chairperson which had been left out. It also removes the repetition of the procedure of the election of the vice-chair as provided in sub-clause 6."
