    "content": "Hon. Members, I am aware that the Committee received the revised preliminary report from the IEBC on 9th February, 2012. In this regard, and given the requirements of the law, the consideration of this report by the House ought to be accorded priority if we are to stay within the law. The Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs, having laid their report within the required time, I will now request the House Business Committee to prioritize the consideration of this report."
