"content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. The Ministry of Finance and the Director of Pensions are known to dishonor court orders. This is not the first time. There are two cases which have come before this House; Msebi Oyuka and another one, who had to go through court to get their pensions. Surely, do we have to let these people who have served this country go to court to get their dues? Is it in order in these circumstances for the Minister to disregard the court order like hon. Khalwale was saying, and come to the House to start the arguments afresh when the court order is clear?"
