"content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. Is it in order for the Assistant Minister to state that hon. Members do not prioritize projects? In the 2008/2009 Financial Year, the amount which was allocated was equivalent to the proposal we submitted to REA, and it is out of that amount that REA did spend Kshs10.74 million. It is not the hon. Member of Parliament nor the people of Dujis who do not prioritize projects! We usually do our projects! The Assistant Minister has confirmed that he still has money which was not used in the 2008/2009 and 2009/2010 financial years. Can he tell the House where this money went because the project proposals are still with the REA?"
