"content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, at least hon. Mbadi is confirming the fact that it is the prerogative of the Members of Parliament and the people of the constituency they represent to prioritise their projects. In the case of Dujis, I think I have not got the estimates of the first project that could have been on the list; I have just made a call and was told it was costing Kshs30 million. What we have so far, as a balance of unutilized funds, is Kshs20.6 million. So, we would like to urge the hon. Members to give us a way forward in some of these projects for us to be able to implement them. Just recently, I think the hon. Member wrote a letter to the Rural Electrification Authority (REA) that Raya and Sankuri markets and Saka Girls School be prioritized. If you look at his Question, Mbalambala District is not appearing as a priority in the list of the hon. Member of Parliament."
