"content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, while I appreciate that the Assistant Minister is doing something at least in the rural areas, could he assure this House that the projects as put by the Members of Parliament in their priority will be accepted and done in time. This is because there are projects that he proposed in 2010 and up to now they have not been done. Could he come out clearly and tell us why they have been delayed when the people on the ground there are suffering?"
