    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I think for the purposes of helping the constituencies which have long lines to be done, and may not be done within their budget, my Ministry has previously had some funds which have been used in affirmative action; if you remember well, in the last budget, the rural electrification money was slashed and I hope that in the supplementary Budget that is yet to be brought before the House, the House will support us so that we are able to get more funds to be able to carry out the special projects as we used to do before."
