That title belongs to the Head of State of a friendly nation. That being the case, now that the Minister has all the details concerning the individuals and from the look of things the individuals seem to be highly connected, will this be another case being investigated by the police or since this is very sensitive issue, will he ensure that these individuals are arraigned in court, prosecuted and punished according to the Kenyan law?"
