    "content": "If you remember last week, I raised the issue of the Committee’s mischief. This Report has been tabled before this House and we have interrogated the report. We do not think it is fair and it is suspect that the Committee has come up with another report within a report and they are about to move it before this House. I urge you to reject that move so that we do not shortchange Kenyans with a bad report which is only meant to satisfy the selfish interests of a few Members of Parliament."
