When a Member stands here to castigate a Committee which has fulfilled its mandate by doing its work, I do not think that augurs well for this country. If anybody has any objection, it is better for him to raise it without castigating the Committee. The new Constitution talks about giving people their right. When some people are trying to deny others their right because they are the majority, it will be very unfortunate. I, therefore, want to appeal to this House to consider the merit of every case.
