The speaker who has just spoken is telling us the content of the corrigenda. He seems to know what the Committee put there to protect his community. If he reads the original Report, his community has four new wards in it with 90,000 members. What about other members with about 150,000 people who are not members of that Committee? This is a grave matter!"
