I was begging for your ears because the procedure for Motions is so clear; the Motion must be moved and then if an amendment is to be moved, it is after the Question has been proposed after seconding. The Vice-Chairman of the Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs has not even taken step one. He has not even moved this Motion. This Motion is not before the House. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, it is not possible for the Vice-Chairman of the Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs to purport to amend a Motion which is not before the House. Therefore, this corrigendum cannot be before the House this afternoon. I urge you to dismiss that move that has been made."
