    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. Even though the matter is urgent, procedure is procedure. I want to add my voice to what Mr. Mungatana said. We need not allow an illegality to happen in the House contrary to our Standing Orders. If the Motion has not been moved, we cannot allow the Vice-Chairman to purport to amend a Motion that has not been moved. I would urge the Committee to allow the Vice-Chairman to move the Motion after which someone else can move the amendment through the corrigenda."
