    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I rise on a point of order to seek your guidance. The issues raised by hon. Mututho are grave, and the Government needs to say something substantive to Kenyans and to Parliament. It is four years after the post-election violence. These are just 3,000 families. There are some Kenyans who are still living in Uganda. Could the Minister be gracious enough to Kenyans and tell us why her Ministry and the Ministry of Lands are purporting to be dealing with this issue when they are not? If it is not corruption, then the Minister needs to tell these people what they are doing. These people are feeding on the blood of Kenyans. These people are playing around with a time bomb. The kids of these people do not go to school. The IDPs are being rained on. They are not working on their farms; this issue cannot be as trivial as the Minister is trying to make it. Could she be so gracious and tell us what this is all about?"
