This clause states that the administrative and other expenses of the Commission, including salaries, allowances, gratuities and pensions of the members and employees of the Commission shall be a charge on the Consolidate Fund. Again, this is equating Constitutional officers with normal members of staff and charging normal expenses to the Consolidated Fund. We are deleting that so that the normal expenses go through normal appropriation through the House."
