    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I appreciate the Assistant Minister’s answer this time because last time, he had said that those institutions do not fall under his Ministry. I wish to ask him whether the names of some of the special schools have been changed because the names as listed are not the registered names of the schools. I will give the example of Kaaga School for the Deaf which is listed here as Kaaga Special School with a special wing for vocational training with enough workshops and trained teachers with skills for technical training. However, it is not one of those listed as technical schools. It is not one of the vocational training schools. Is the list comprehensive enough or you have omitted some of the schools?"
