However, could the Assistant Minister inform us what criteria does the Ministry use to allocate the number of youth polytechnics? In one county in Coast Province we have 23 polytehnics. However, in Mombasa County, we have only two youth polytechnics. What criteria does he use to allocate the number of youth polytechnics per county?"
