Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, in conclusion, it is better late than never. We should have gone into Somalia ten years ago, on a humanitarian basis, in the first place. Humanitarian aid from Kenya should have been in Somalia for the last ten years; it has not been there. We have gone there militarily. Let us now back our military operation with humanitarian aid. With those remarks, I beg to support."
