    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, in Laikipia West Constituency, there was a petition. The concern was that there are two wards; one, Igwamiti Ward with a population of 69,000 people and Marmanet Ward with a population of 42,000 people. Their complaint is about underrepresentation. They are also asking for an extra constituency which is outside the mandate of the committee. So, we are recommending that they be given two wards to accommodate the population of 110,000 people."
