    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, in Rongai Constituency, there was a request for change of name and movement of location from Soin Ward to Gichohi Ward. They also proposed to rename Gichohi Ward to Moricho Ward. We have asked IEBC to effect that proposal. There was also a proposal to retain Siboyan Sub-Location and Rimiriri Sub- Location in Rongai Constituency. These two sublocations are said to be in both Rongai and Subukia constituencies. We are requesting IEBC to investigate this and make sure they correct these errors."
