    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, this is very important and now I understand why the Minister for Justice, National Cohesion and Constitutional Affairs who is supposed to be sitting in this House together with the Attorney General are not here, and then goes somewhere to surround the President to convince him to undo what this Parliament has done. This is the kind of impunity that should stop. In fact, even the Acting Minister for Finance whom I had a lot of respect for, just the other day--- he has started dictating that he will give money. Who has given him the powers to give money? It is this Parliament that allocates money in this country. He has no capacity to give money."
