    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I could never have avoided that. One of the justifications for expanding university education in addition to allowing more young people into our universities is because we appreciate that higher education is the basis for technological advancement. So, of course, we have to put money in research and we have to support the science faculties in different ways and that is already happening with regard to the amounts of money that are already being availed to universities even for paying of teaching staff. But also we are starting new programmes that will support Vision 2030 plans in terms of providing the human resources and the research capacity to support those kinds of plans. So, that is happening. We cannot avoid it. It is extremely crucial that we have science development as a crucial pillar for Vision 2030."
