Initially, I thought there was just bad blood for removing the Director and Deputy Directors; having looked at the other provisions of the Constitution, I realised that this is a different structure of a Commission that is now being created. While the other one has an Advisory Board, this one has Commissioners. Whereas the other one has a Director, this one will have a Secretary. So, I support."
