    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, on the 30th of November last year the Engineers Bill went through the Third Reading in this House and, therefore, the next stage was the Presidential assent. As you know this Bill compared to the previous Engineer’s Bill had a lot of provisions that were meant to enhance the practice of engineering in Kenya and, is therefore, now causing a lot of anxiety among the practitioners of engineering in Kenya. Would I be in order to kindly request your office to help us in liaising with the relevant Ministries so that we could get to know the fate of this Bill? A lot of issues that are capsulated in this Bill are things that are going to change the engineering profession in the country. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I thank you."
