On 15th of February I requested for a Ministerial Statement from the Minister for Medical Services regarding the controversial transfer of one Dr. Wakwabubi, the Medical Superintendent at the Kitale District Hospital, which the hon. Minister undertook to give yesterday, but I did not see him in the House. I have not seen him in the House today. Could we have a direction since it is an urgent matter?"
