It was not the House Business Committee (HBC); it was the Minister who withdrew the Bill; I want an explanation as to why this Bill was withdrawn at whatever stage. It was withdrawn from the House by the Minister. I urge the Deputy Leader of Government Business to stop misleading the Acting Minister for Finance and allow him to address my issue."
