So, indeed it is only right that the Minister gives a Ministerial Statement on the same. Government Bills take precedence over any other business. So, the Minister must have a very good reason for not insisting on the Bill coming to the Floor of the House to undergo the Committee Stage. Minister, have you given an undertaking for Tuesday next week?"
