    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, while I appreciate the kind of work that we have for next week, I am sure the Government will bring the Supplementary Budget, but it should be noted by the Government that the method of approving the Budget has changed in this country and there is no exception for Supplementary Budgets. So, I hope that the Government is alert to the fact that the Budget Committee will need time to scrutinize the supplementary Budget, otherwise, we should not expect the Government to ambush us with the Supplementary Budget when we have a few days to review it."
