Even before my Chair in that Committee responds to that, which is not even worth responding to because all that is in the Report, just because he has not read it and they have made up their minds that they have to protect certain things or certain individuals, there is need for any Member who has an interest in this issue to declare his interest, the reason being there are other reports implicating some of the Members talking about the issue."
