    "content": "I want to make one last comment, Mr. Speaker, Sir. Hon. Members have made reference to Article 261. If you look at the tenure and the spirit of Article 261, you will find that, indeed, it is a misnomer to talk about time outside time because Article 261 recognizes that even if Parliament were to fail to enact any legislation for no reason whatsoever, the court can still direct Parliament – meaning long after time had gone – and I draw hon.
