Given the fact that the KBC is the national broadcaster and that a large population of our country are dependent for their news information on the television and radio stations of this broadcaster, what action has the Assistant Minister taken to ensure that normal broadcasts are not interrupted during the strike because in most national broadcasters, alternative arrangements are made? Strikes are normal and they can take place. It is the right of the workers to go on strike. However, what contingency plans does the Ministry have to ensure that broadcasts reach the populations that depend on the KBC for information?"
