    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. Ten months ago, I had requested for a Statement from the Ministry of Finance regarding the status of revenue accounts. All this time I have been waiting for this Statement and the Chair promised to make a ruling on the same. I am concerned because the Commission on Revenue Allocation is in the process of determining how revenue should be shared between the counties and the National Government. How will this be possible if this country does not even know how much revenue we collect? My plea to the Chair is to kindly consider directing the Minister to issue that Statement or to act depending on what the Chair will rule."
