    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Ligale Commission had, indeed, made this correction effectively and there were no complaints. When the new Commission came in, they never considered the report of the leaders’ meeting that was presented to them. Instead, they went ahead to change arbitrarily those boundaries that were supposed to run along administrative boundaries. What I am requesting the House to do is to enhance cohesion and peace among the different communities in my constituency."
