    "content": "We should bring this matter in the relevant law. In the Constitution, it is not criminal to open an account by State Officer outside the country. It only says it has to be done within some legislation. Therefore, we expect that legislation to come so that it can explain how to open an account outside the country. It is not a crime for State Officers to do business."
