As much as the matter may be of great concern to the Member, surely, he cannot say that there are Members of this House who have threatened the IEBC without substantiating. That is the most serious allegation that anybody can make, that a Member of Parliament threatens the IEBC. Surely, can he say that without any substantiation?"
