    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, the Motion be amended by deleting the full stop at the end and inserting the following words- “Subject to insertion of the following recommendations on page 36 of the Report regarding the realignment of wards in the proposed Luanda Constituency and Emuhaya Constituency as indicated in the petition that was presented to the Committee by the Emuhaya leaders: 1. Luanda Constituency: the wards should be Luanda Township, South Bunyore, West Bunyore and Central Bunyore. 2. Emuhaya Constituency: the wards should be North-East Bunyore, North Bunyore, Wemilabi and Mwiyekhe."
