    "content": "Each of the communities have two constituencies, namely, Manyatta and Runyenjes on the Embu side and Siakago and Gachoka on the Mbeere side. During the deliberations with the IEBC, the presentations that were made were very cordial. We agreed that we only need to use the Constitution to vary the number of wards, not more than 20 per cent as provided for in Article 89(6) of the Constitution, which could have allowed us to even ask for more. Our aim was to have each constituency have six wards.
