    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want to move the amendment which has four parts. I believe all of them are valid because the variance which we were asking for was only for 20 per cent. If the Vice-Chairman of the Committee is now saying that the variance is only three wards, then it stands at 15 per cent. I do not think it is too much to ask the House to pass the amendment because most of the amendments that we have passed here are not mandatory that they must all be acceptable to IEBC. It may or may not accept all of them."
