    "content": " Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, as the Minister for Education, I am privy to many issues and problems of students who must get money from their parents and, invariably, because of the way students are, it is very risky for parents to send a lot of money to them. Therefore, they are required to open accounts, into which parents remit money at the end of every month. So, if we do this under this law, we will be criminalizing the opening of an account. Therefore, I would go for the opting of having a comprehensive law which domesticates the section that requires us to operate accounts outside the country. With those remarks, I beg to oppose the amendment."
