    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, parts of Rongai Constituency are in Subukia District. That is why we have been having issues. We have sat down with the hon. Member and the people at home and we have agreed that the parts that want to join Subukia do so and the parts that want to be in Rongai remain in Rongai. So, I agree with him and I second that amendment."
