    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the whole country is aware that Malindi deserved a new constituency and it was not given one. I would like to propose an amendment although the Committee had already considered that amendment but it is not very clear. So, I would like to propose because of the geographical area and community of interest, that the Sabaki River becomes the natural boundary of Malindi and Magarini constituencies and then Mida Creek becomes the natural boundary of Malindi and the newly created constituency of Kilifi North."
