    "content": "Butula Constituency has six locations. It has been awarded six wards. There is one particular sub-location which has been moved to a different location. My people have written a memorandum saying that they would like to remain with their brothers in the East. However, they have been put in the Central Ward. So, I request this House to support the amendment that Tingolo Sub-location be moved from the Central ward of Butula Constituency to East ward of Butula Constituency, so that they remain with their brothers. I would like to ask hon. Letimalo to second."
